Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-06-19. iQs Group Inc. — operator of the iQs Cyber Range platform.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or using the iQs Cyber Range ("Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What the Service does

The Service lets you build sealed-ground-truth network ranges and benchmark any vulnerability scanner against them. Ranges are sandboxed; the Service does not perform any scan against systems you do not own.

3. Acceptable use

4. Accounts & credentials

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity under your account. Notify security@aegiscyberrange.com within 24 hours of any suspected compromise.

5. Pricing & billing

Plans are charged in advance. You can cancel anytime; we don't pro-rate unused months. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

6. Data

You retain rights to your scenarios, scan results, and ground-truth annotations you create. We retain rights to the platform, the sealed catalogs, and the scoring algorithms.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." Scores are model-based estimates; we make no guarantee that a scanner that scores high here will catch every real-world vulnerability.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
